Instructions
Gather your ingredients. Dice your red onion and finely chop your cilantro leaves.
Cut your avocado in half and scoop out the seed with a spoon. Then, scoop out the flesh into a medium-sized bowl. Mash with the back of a fork or a potato masher until no chunks are left.
Add the diced onion, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt to the bowl with the mashed avocado. Mix thoroughly and then enjoy!
