Easy One Avocado Guacamole (the best quick recipe!)

You only need one avocado and a few other ingredients for a batch of simple and refreshing guacamole. Let us show you how!

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • ¼ cup red onion (diced)
  • 2 tablespoon cilantro leaves (fresh, finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients. Dice your red onion and finely chop your cilantro leaves.
  • Cut your avocado in half and scoop out the seed with a spoon. Then, scoop out the flesh into a medium-sized bowl. Mash with the back of a fork or a potato masher until no chunks are left.
  • Add the diced onion, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt to the bowl with the mashed avocado. Mix thoroughly and then enjoy!
