Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado
  • ¼ cup Peanut butter
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • ½ cup spinach ((optional))
  • ½ cup ice ((optional))
